Jeff Strand has trained at Aikido Eastside since 1996. He is currently one of our senior instructors. Jeff has black belt rank in Tae Kwon Do as well as Aikido and has extensive experience teaching young children and teens.

Jeff is one of the most patient individuals you will find. His ability to make the principles of Aikido comprehensible to even the younger children and to make the practice fun for all ages makes Jeff a tremendous asset to Aikido Eastside.
